Job Description

Randstad Life Sciences is currently seeking a validation leader for a consulting assignment in Uppsala. You need to be available relatively soon for a full-time position, and the assignment is initially for 16 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation activities.
• Responsible for defining validation activities and developing validation plans for projects.
• Responsible for ensuring that all validation activities are completed and meet regulatory requirements.
• Responsible for producing validation reports in projects, including strategies for revalidation where applicable.
• Responsible for conducting risk assessments to determine the scope of validation.
• Responsible for ensuring that participants in the validation group have relevant training.
• Reviews and approves specifications, qualification protocols, and reports. Ensures that the requirements are testable.
• Approves technical documentation according to the validation plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in driving validation activities for equipment and processes.
• Experience working in GMP/ISO 13485:2016.
• Experience in establishing IQ/OQ/PQ, URS, and developing validation plans for projects.
• Fluent in English and very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.
